Busy day today!
We watched Bryce's first football game (they lost 12 - 8) - they did well all things considered. Very hot out. We all got some sun.
BIG NEWS ALERT!!!!
Today is Austin's 9th birthday - we got him a hamster cage and all the trimmings. Not much fun looking at an empty cage though - sure they're fun, and we can spin the wheel and all - but still...
So, we stopped off at the pet shop on the way back from the game and picked out our newest member of the family - May we present: Vanilla, "The Wonder Hamster" (Tada!)
Bye for now. (Yes, hamsters do smell bad!)

Yes, they do smell bad! Just a heads up in case you didn't know, the life expectancy of a hamster is very short. Be prepared. Other than that they are a lot of fun unless they bite (not so fun).
